Gen CHEN graduated from South China University of Technology, majoring in the applied physics.

He has 3 years’ work experience in research and development and 5 years of that in providing patent service, during which he has prosecuted over one thousand patent applications in relation to electronics and computing.He has served many customers, such as TCL, Konka, Shenzhen University, Sun Yat-sen University, Hunan University,Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology.

Kavy HE graduated from Hanshan Normal University,majoring in the Physics.

His areas of expertise are Mechanics and Telecommunications; his practice focuses on invention, utility model and design application, as well as patent layout.He has over 10 years experience in the field of industrial intellectual property, especially is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes, providing technical assistance to litigation, and searching information on industrial property subject matters and related intellectual property matters.

Yang WU graduated from Jinan University, majoring in law.His practice focuses on intellectual property law in China, with particular emphasis on structuring, management and protection of intellectual property rights, commercial transaction, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting planning in the areas of trademarks, 

patents, copyrights, trade names, competition, data protection and advertisement.
